Collaboration topics can include product and workflow feedback, research conversations, or relevant integration, content, and product proposals. Current support covers the five workspaces, deterministic exports, configured AI submissions, generation history and download access, visible failure reasons, account access, sign-in, and privacy questions. Include a generation ID when asking about a persisted AI job, but never send a password, API key, access token, full payment card number, or sensitive unpublished product material. If follow-up is appropriate, it will arrive by email; MakeSKU does not promise a reply or a fixed response time.
